Can I get a high LTV mortgage over £1million?

A common misconception is it’s only first time buyers who require high loan to value (LTV) mortgages, as saving for a deposit is notoriously challenging. However, many of Enness’ high net worth clients require a high LTV for a variety of reasons.

Some are fairly illiquid, with extensive assets tied up in stocks and shares. Many of our high net worth clients have carefully invested their money, or perhaps even have the liquid funds available, but wish to secure a high LTV for cash flow purposes.

Furthermore, many Enness clients rely on bonus income to subsidise their wages, and wish to use this as security for their mortgage. This can make it challenging to prove your ability to service the loan, especially if it’s a large loan of over £1million. Unless a lender is willing to take a holistic view of your circumstances, it can be very challenging to secure a high LTV mortgage over £1million.

Fortunately, Enness has the network and experience to arrange such loans. Via our panel of over 250 lenders, we’re able to secure excellent high LTV mortgages for large loans. Below we round up the best rates of the market:
